How I wish to write in roman’ and communicate clearly with you, but the problem is ‘Ki meraa haath zara urdu me tang hai’, but I am sure that you may be a class ninth student but, you have the basic guts to challenge the wrong however, formidable the opposition may be, congratulations to you and to your parents for teaching you, the kind of faith that you have. I don’t see that anyone pointed out, any thing wrong about your faith, in fact, you sited a very good example to prove your point, but in your politeness you started with referring to Jamsheed basha as some kind of genius whereas, it was established way back in this debate, that he is a fool of first rate who is infected with false pride and lanced with concocted Abu huraira brand of hadiths, Also being a girl it is not right, in the preview of Islam, to come out and say that you are a fan’ or anything of somebody who is a ‘Na’mehrem’ no offence sister for Allah swt’s sake don’t take it otherwise, just thought I should point out so I mentioned. Farheen I am sure you know this fact that Iblees’ was the arch angel at the time of khilkat of hazrat Adam pbuh, but one utterance of his, against the will of Almighty Allah swt this arch angel was debarred from heaven and hell.. The famous words “ NIKAL JAA TU MERI AASMA AUR ZAMEEN SE’’ and ever since the entire Khilkat is sending LANAT on IBLEES, in fact, unless we curse the devil our faith is not complete, right? So what I am trying to communicate here is …how ever smart and well versed and knowledgeable a person may be, but in matters of faith and belief, either a person is complete, or a big zero, you mentioned that we should not curse, but in the light of my above example sometimes it is necessary to curse in order to prove your own faith, that’s why we all say before starting our salaat …OUZBILLAH HAI MINASH SHAITANIR RAJEEM’ what was the big need to curse the devil every now and then when, ALLAH swt surely knows all that transpires in our hearts?.. It is just pronouncing and reiterating our own faith. Just as you reiterated you faith in your second post and declared Yazeed is lanati so there is also no harm in sending lanat on those who support him. Be it Basha or Zakir Naik. Also don’t you ever worry about the fatwas, say what you have to, but evaluate it many times, whether your statement is not contradicting the basic teachings of Islam’ and also be always ready, to reevaluate your statement, when ever, somebody points out a mistake if any. It’s wonderful to see a student of 9th standard making meaningful comments on an article appearing on a website discussing serious islamic issues.

I hope Mr. Jamsheed Basha who appears to have impressed this young girl through one of his earlier comments on Tableeghi Jamaat, makes sense out of her comments and pays heed to her advice.

Massacre in Mumbai: L-e-T role clear. Should Muslims continue to be in denial?

When terrorist attacks on Mumbai started taking a toll of lives and news started coming of ATF chief having been gunned down, it was a natural, though too hasty, reaction on the part of many, Muslims as well as liberal Hindus, that Hindutva terrorists must be somehow involved. Martyred State ATS chief Hemant Karkare was being threatened by Hindu right elements for his painstaking investigation into Malegaon blasts in which the needle of suspicion has started clearly pointing to Hindutva elements.

But now there seems to be clear evidence that this was the handiwork of Lashkar-e-Tayyaba terrorists.

As reported by Praveen Swami of The Hindu (posted below), last month, the Lashkar-e-Tayyaba’s supreme religious and political head, Hafiz Mohammad Saeed (See Photo), made a signal speech to top functionaries: “The only language India understands is that of force, and that is the language it must be talked to in.” Lashkar founder Hafiz Mohammad Saeed’s October 19 speech, delivered before an audience of key Lashkar leaders including Maulana Amir Hamza, Qari Muhammad Yaqoob Sheikh and Muhammad Yahya Mujahid at the organisation’s headquarters in Lahore, has come to light. He reportedly stressed the point that he saw India as an existential threat. India, he claimed, was building dams in Jammu and Kashmir to choke Pakistan’s water supplies and cripple its agriculture., earlier too, in an October 6 speech, Saeed claimed that India had “made a deal with the United States to send 1,50,000 Indian troops to Afghanistan,” and that it agreed to support the U.S. in an existential war against Islam. Finally, in a sermon to a congregation at the Jama Masjid al-Qudsia in Lahore at the end of October, Saeed proclaimed that there was an “ongoing war in the world between Islam and its enemies.” He claimed “that crusaders of the east and west have united in a cohesive onslaught against Muslims.”

Nothing could make L-e-T’s intentions clearer. This apart, there are any number of statements available in the public domain of L-e-T’s desire to derail India-Pakistan peace process. Their objective of waging what they call a holy war against the whole world to establish the supremacy of what they call Islam is well-known. One compilation made by K P S Gill of a few such statements is being posted below.

Yet the Batla House syndrome seems to have taken hold of our minds so powerfully that some of us are still seeking to find holes in the official view of what transpired in Mumbai. Ghulam Muhammed’s QUESTIONS IN PUBLIC ARENA ABOUT THE NIGHT OF TERROR IN MUMBAI is also being posted below for reference. So is Amaresh Misra’s rather hasty conclusions drawn on the very night the terrorists struck.

I would appeal to NewAgeIslam.com’s reader’s to go through these documents and debate whether Muslims in India should appear to be batting for Lashkar-eTayyaba’s terrorists, as they would appear to be doing if this syndrome persists and more Muslims started talking in these terms. Let us nip this menace in the bud.

Also: some other stories that show the extent to which some Muslims will go in their denial, blaming Israeli intelligence Mossad for everything bad that happens in the world.

Like his predecessors for a long time, and like several heads of government and the state of Pakistan, Pakistani foreign minister Yousaf Raza Qureshi has reiterated Pakistan’s determination to wipe out terrorists. Using a language meant to reassure India, the visiting minister says, “They [terrorists] have no face. They have no colour, no class, no creed, no religion, no nothing. They are barbarians. They are inhuman and we have to collectively eliminate them.” Qureshi has continued his visit reassuring India of every possible cooperation. Both President Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani have made assurance calls to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

But the question before us is: Can we trust Pakistan? Promises like this have been made before. But the factories of teroror in Murdike and elsewhere continue to churn out terrorists. No action is taken against terrorists who claim to be fighting only against India. It seems while Islamabad will fight against terrorists who fight against Pakistani state or the US interests, it will leave alone organisations like Lashkar-e-Tayyaba that fight against India alone. Terrorist attack on Mumbai: A Tale of debauchery and anti-Islamism

It is clear that the terrorists in Mumbai, just as those who hit the WTC in New York, were never driven by the Islamic ideology and so to call them Islamic terrorists or to call their endeavour as Jihad is absolutely wrong and unjustified. Had it been so they would have been deeply religious at heart and inspired by the theological injunction of Islam which forbids liquor, woman if not married to them, and also killing of innocents.

There is a Quranic verse which says that if you kill one innocent person you have killed the whole humanity.

Terrorism has no place in Islam and this revelation shows that their ideology is something else and so is their target. What Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban aim at or these terrorist are doing has nothing to do with Islam. They have their own agenda, their own plan.
